Shipping and Returns

Shipment of parcels

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are sent via DPD with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Packages may also be shipped via France Express for next day delivery before 1 p.m. You can choose this delivery method but do bear in mind that it incurs additional costs. Whichever delivery method you choose, we will send you a link to track your package online.

Delivery is free for all order over €299 from any of the products which are dispatched via our transporter DPD.

All other carriers are billed based on the weight and quantity of items ordered.

As for fragile products, they are shipped via Géodis Calberson (their terms and conditions follow below)

Any issues that result in the refusal of the goods at the time of delivery must be precisely and completely documented as to the nature of the damage apparent on the packaging and the condition of the goods inside.

The discrepancy noted must be clearly described and should relate mainly to the goods and not be confined exclusively to the packaging. These points must be written on the delivery receipt returned to the driver, who is entitled to issue counter arguments. It is in your best interest to accept the goods, if the driver opposes your right of refusal.

It is imperative to check all products upon receipt.

"Subject to unpacking control" is not a valid comment should damage be discovered after the driver has left.

Shipping costs include padding and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all of your items into one package. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping costs apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to ensure fragile items are safe.

Box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

 

Return of parcels

Returns of products shipped via DPD are free. To arrange this, the customer must log into his or her customer account and follow the procedures indicated to print the return label and drop off the package at a drop-off point closest to his or her home.

Returns via France Express are also free. To do this, simply send an email to passion-decor@live.fr and submit your request.

Returns of fragile products shipped via Géodis are chargeable. However, in the event that the item is defective, broken or missing, we will take responsibility for the exchange of the product.
